Hanas on long-term deals: Should LNG buyers be signing them?

Until recently, LNG projects have been able to attract long-term contracts which have led to security for both banks and other lenders. However, with the market dynamics ever-changing, the LNG market faces an era of short-term contracts which may prove to be a challenge when trying to raise money for new projects.
